INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

The terms and conditions contain a description of the services and a specification of the contractual relationship between the organizer of dating eventsFirst sight IČO: ... (hereafter referred to as "the organizer") and clients (participants).

PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT

The condition for participation in the event is reaching the age of 18 (by making a reservation, the client confirms that he meets this age limit), legal capacity and agreement with these Terms and Conditions.

The client is responsible for the correctness of the data provided. The organizer does not collect (verify) any data about the client.

The organizer is not responsible for the data and correctness of the information provided by the client, nor for the consequences that false information may have on the dating event.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse the client's participation in the event organized by him, even without giving a reason. The organizer has the right to refuse the client's participation in the event, if he has already participated in the dating event and did not agree, thereby giving a chance to other people interested in dating.

The organizer does not assume the responsibility of the client, for his actions in connection with the event or outside the event. The client undertakes to compensate the organizer for damage caused by his fault.

The conditions for participation in the dating event are payment of the entrance fee, truthful and correct filling of the registration form and receipt of a confirmation email from the organizer of the event.

REGISTRATION FOR THE EVENT AND PAYMENT

The participant registers for the dating event via the website. Registration will take place after filling in all mandatory data and ticking the agreement with the terms and conditions, whereby the participant expresses his agreement with the terms and conditions and undertakes to comply with them.

6.1 By registering, the Participant expresses to the Organizer his interest in participating in the Event. A binding reservation for participation in a specific Event is made only after payment of the participation fee by the Participant (hereinafter referred to as the "Fee").

6.2 The fee can be paid through:

(i) bank transfer to the Organizer's account No. ... (Bank), or

(ii) online payment cards.

(iii) exceptionally, it is also possible to pay the fee in person directly to the Organizer's representative at the location of the Event.

6.3 The fee is considered to have been paid at the moment it is credited to the Organizer's account specified in Article 4.2 (i) of these Terms and Conditions.

6.4 The Participant is obliged to pay the fee in advance, i.e. before the start of the Event in which they are to participate.

6.5 In the event of an advance reservation, the fee must be paid by the Participant within 5 working days (if the event takes place earlier, then before the start of the Event at the latest)

6.6 If the Participant has not paid the Fee before the start of the Event or paid only part of it, he will not be allowed to participate in the Event.

The subject of this relationship is the right of the client to participate in the dating event on the date confirmed by the organizer.

We are VAT payers.

CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION

The client has the right to cancel his participation in the dating event.

If cancellation of participation takes place 9 or more days before the event -> we will return the fee reduced by the handling amount of CZK 100
7 to 5 days before the event -> we will refund 50% of the fee, or you can choose another date for a transfer fee of CZK 100
less than 5 days before the event and in case of illness -> the fee is forfeited, after an apology we will offer you a 30% discount on the next event.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION / NO HOLDING OF THE EVENT

The organizer can cancel the event if the capacity of the meeting event is not filled. Or in other exceptional cases, such as non-compliance with the contractual conditions by the lessor of the premises, in which case the organizer reserves the right to cancel the event.
In such a case, clients have the right to a refund of the entire paid participation fee. The organizer can propose moving the reservation to another date. By canceling the event, the client is not entitled to any other compensation for damages incurred in connection with the non-performance of the event.

FORCE MAJEURE INTERVENTION AND CLAIM FOR A REFUND OF THE PARTICIPATION FEE

If the event does not take place due to the intervention of force majeure consisting of an extraordinary, unforeseeable, unavoidable and non-culpable event that arose independently of the will of the organizer, or if the participant cannot attend the event due to the intervention of force majeure, the organizer reserves the right to transfer the entire participation fee for a voucher valid for one year. The voucher is not exchangeable for cash. If the voucher is not used within one year, its value is forfeited. The voucher is transferable to another person.

 

COURSE OF THE EVENT

Participants are obliged to follow the instructions of the event organizer or moderator during the dating event. The participant is obliged to behave decently at the events. In particular, the use of rude and obscene words, sexual suggestions, shouting at other participants or other behavior that offends others is inappropriate. The participant undertakes to avoid the behavior described above. Participants do not share contact information during the event. The participant of the event must be able to communicate with other event participants in the Czech language without problems or difficulties (or another language in the case of speed dating, e.g. in AJ). Participants are not allowed to take photos or make audio or video recordings at the event. The reserved area of the restaurant, where the Dating Evening takes place, is intended only for the participants of the Dating Evening during the event. Participants are obliged to follow the hygiene recommendations and regulations of the regional hygiene station and the Ministry of Health.

The organizer of the event does not guarantee the client that he will meet a suitable counterpart during the event.

 

EVALUATION OF THE ACTION

Evaluation of the event means that the organizer of the event forwards the email contact (provided to him by the participant) to those participants who mutually wish to do so. The choice with whom the participant wants to exchange contact is made using a completed form, which the participant receives at the beginning of the event and hands it to the organizer at the end of the event.

 

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION, PRIVACY PROTECTION (GDPR)

Dating agencyFirst sight. with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), the principles for handling such data. The principles on the processing of personal data provide information about what personal data about natural persons is processed when providing our services, for what purposes and how long our company processes this personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations, to whom and for what reason it can transfer it, as well as to inform about what rights natural persons have in connection with the processing of their personal data. The policies are issued in accordance with the Regulation of the European of the EU Parliament and Council 2016/679 of ..... (GDPR). 

A customer is a person who has made a reservation on our website or provided their data, for example to receive newsletters. We always require only the minimum amount of personal data that is used for the purposes of the services we provide. Anyone who has made a reservation on our website or requested to subscribe to the newsletter can at any time request by email to delete their data or cancel the subscription to the newsletter.

Personal data processed

In the reservation register, we process your personal data in the scope of telephone, e-mail, first name (or nickname), gender, year of birth (not the full date of birth), price information, then randomly assigned nickname, date and time of reservation. These data are necessary to process the reservation, i.e. fulfillment of the contract.  

What is your personal data used for?

Phone

The phone is used in case we need to contact you quickly regarding inclusion in the event, organizational changes regarding the event you are registered for, etc. We use e-mail more than telephone contact. If the situation requires it, we call, if a text message is enough, we send an SMS.

E-mail

We mostly use email to communicate. You receive all confirmation messages regarding the reservation, payment, notification of the approaching date, evaluation of the date by email. We use email when communicating about your reservations, if there are any misunderstandings, if you wish to cancel or move the reservation, or if you have questions. Based on the rules of speed dating, we share your email with clients with whom you had a mutual match. The transfer of personal contact (e-mail) is the essence of the service provided. Email is also used to inform you about current offers and news regarding our services. Every user has the right to unsubscribe from the newsletter directly in the email.

First name

It primarily serves as a distinguishing and control data of the correctly entered gender. Instead of the first name, it is also possible to enter a nickname, for example: Monika - Monča. Serves when communicating with the client.

Sex

Due to the nature of the dating services provided, we try to ensure an equal number of men and women at the events, and for that reason we need to know the gender of the client.  

Year of birth

The organized events have a specified age category, for that reason the client states the year of birth. We do not need to know the full date of birth, so please do not include it.

The given data can be changed if you need to correct the phone number or if you want to provide a different e-mail address. For these purposes, please contact us preferably by e-mail at the address: prvnipohled@gmail.com.

What other data do we process?

By creating a reservation, each client is assigned a variable symbol, which is also the reservation number and serves to identify the payment. By crediting the paid participation fee to our account, we process your account number, which is further used only if the fee is returned to you for some reason (for example, an apology from the event).

When using a discount or gift voucher, we process the voucher number so that the "advantage" associated with the voucher can be correctly identified.

We process your choice submitted during the dating event (the choice of who you want to meet). These results are usually submitted by the client on a paper form.

I give the contact (e-mail address) to the participants of the event in case there is a mutual agreement. Consent to compliance is submitted by the client on a completed form.

In the event that you have consented to the photo without requesting blurring on the photo, it may be used for promotional purposes, primarily on our website and Facebook. 

If you share a review with us, we reserve the right to publish it anonymously.

Personal data retention period

We keep personal data indefinitely. 

The right to erasure of personal data

Any client has the right to delete their personal data without giving a specific reason.  You also have the right to request the removal of a photo for which you have previously given consent. We follow these principles regardless of the validity of the EU regulation and see it as decency.

Use of cookies

Our website www.prvnipohled.ccom uses cookies. A cookie is a short text file that the visited website sends to the browser. Allows the website to record information about your visit, such as preferences and other settings. The next visit to the site can be easier and more productive. Cookies are important. Without them, browsing the web would be much more difficult. Technical, functional and analytical cookies help improve functionality and use for you and your customers.

Automated decision making and profiling

We do not use automated decision-making methods or customer profiling in our work.

FINAL PROVISIONS

The organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, even without prior notice, with immediate effect. Participants are required to familiarize themselves with the current terms and conditions before participating in the event. The restaurant area is not barrier-free. The organizer of the event has the right to take photos or record videos at the events for the purpose of further promotion.
